Only the best white truffles are hand-selected to be preserved in jars.

Tuber Albidum Pico or white truffle grows in light, sandy soils under conifers and deciduous trees. It ripens in winter from January to March.
Method of use: slice the truffle into thin slices using a truffle cutter. The preserving water can be used as a seasoning.
