Tartufella is a ready-to-use sauce with Porcini mushrooms and White Truffle.

With its excellent flavor, it is presented as an already diluted cream: it can therefore be used as it is to season all hot dishes, spread on bread, on toasts and hot canapés, on boiled or baked potatoes and on meats.
