The sauce is prepared with only Summer Black Truffle known as “Scorzone” (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), in extra virgin olive oil.

It is perfect to season any first course, to enrich any kind of meat or fish or even simply to make an omelette important.

The seasoning having a high percentage of truffle is suitable with butter, cream and béchamel.
