Gianduja Hazelnut Cream is a sweet, spreadable mixture of which the main ingredient is 55 percent Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnuts, with the addition of sugar, milk and cocoa.

Gianduja cream is an ancient Piedmontese tradition. It originated around the 1800s from the need of pastry chefs who added hazelnuts to the chocolate base to counter the rising price of cocoa; until today where it remains one of the most popular creams worldwide.
