Our Special Dried Porcini Mushrooms are produced using the best fresh Porcini mushrooms, selected by qualified personnel to be sliced and then dried.

These fragrant fruits of the forest are still processed by hand.

Before use, soak the mushrooms for about 20 minutes and then wash them thoroughly with running water.

Use them in cooking in the preparation of sauces, sauces, soups and risottos.
