Commercial Dried Porcini Mushrooms are produced using the best fresh Porcini mushrooms, selected by qualified personnel to be sliced and then dried.
These fragrant berries of the forest are still processed by hand.
Soak the mushrooms for about 20 minutes before use and then wash them thoroughly with running water.
Use them in cooking in the preparation of sauces, sauces, soups and risottos.
