Dried Morels, also called Morchelle, is a white-fleshed mushroom with a brittle texture and pleasant odor.
Its name comes from the cap formed by alveoli that give it the appearance of a sponge.
This product exudes a delicate fragrance and pleasant flavor: excellent for making sauces or to flavor sauces for hot pasta dishes.
Before use, keep the mushrooms soaking for about 20 minutes and then wash them thoroughly with running water
