This Return Policy governs the right of withdrawal and the procedures for returning products purchased on the Site managed by BRUFIT SRL.

Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If the Customer is a consumer (a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their business, trade or profession), they are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without having to state a reason, within 14 days from the date on which the products are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send, within the term indicated above, a clear declaration stating their decision to withdraw (e.g. letter, e-mail) to the contact details provided on the Site or to the following address:

BRUFIT will then provide the Customer with the practical instructions for returning the goods.

Conditions for return
In order for a return to be accepted:

• products must be intact, unused and undamaged;

• they should be returned, where possible, in their original packaging, complete with any accessories, labels and documentation;

• they must not show signs of use, dirt or tampering.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded or restricted for sealed products that cannot be returned once opened (e.g. items that come into direct contact with the body), where the original seal has been removed.

Return costs and refunds
Unless the return is due to an error by BRUFIT or to a defective/non-conforming product, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer. BRUFIT cannot be held liable for loss or damage to products during return shipment: we therefore recommend using a tracked and, if necessary, insured service.

Once the products have been received and checked, BRUFIT will refund the amounts paid by the Customer, including initial shipping costs (limited to the cost of standard shipping), within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, provided that the goods have been received back or the Customer has provided proof of having returned them.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
