The online sale of the products displayed on this website (the “Site”) is managed by BRUFIT SRL, with registered office at Corso Canale 14, 12051 Alba (CN), Italy (hereinafter also “BRUFIT” or the “Seller”).
Delivery areas
Shipments are made within the Italian territory, unless otherwise indicated on the Site or expressly agreed with the Customer prior to the order.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly shown in the basket and on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.
Any promotions (e.g. free shipping above a certain threshold) are displayed on the Site and applied automatically at checkout.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise indicated, orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days from confirmation of payment.
Average delivery times, from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier, are 24–72 working hours for most of Italy and may be longer for islands and remote areas. Any delays due to the courier, traffic, road conditions or force majeure cannot be attributed to BRUFIT, without prejudice to our commitment to support the Customer in tracking the shipment.
Delivery method
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all details entered are correct and complete.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check:

that the number of parcels delivered matches the number stated on the transport document;

that the packaging is intact and not damaged or tampered with.
If any anomalies are found (damaged packaging, open parcel, missing boxes), the Customer must accept the parcel with specific reservation, describing the issue on the courier’s document (e.g. “damaged packaging”, “open parcel”), and inform BRUFIT as soon as possible using the contact details provided on the Site. In the absence of such a reservation, any subsequent claim for damage in transit may not be accepted.
